Instructions for Authors:

- length of the text should not exceed 40 thousand characters with spaces, including footnotes, abstract, key words, bibliography and note on the Author;
- text should include: bibliography (alphabetical order), abstract (max. 500 characters), key words (max. 5 words) and note on the Author;
- bibliography should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published;
- note on the Author should include: academic title, affiliation, the most important publications and scientific achievements, research interests and email address;
- main text: 12pt Times New Roman, line spacing 1,5 (please follow Autor guidelines);
- quotations: included in the main text in "quotes";
- emphasis in the text should be marked with expanded character spacing;
- classical (traditional) referencing system is required (it uses numbered notes in the text and footnotes at the bottom of the page). Harvard (author&date) system should not be used;

All texts in congress languages, unless written by a native speaker, should be proofread, prior to submission, by a person for whom English, French, German, Spanish or Russian is not a second language. The Editorial Board cannot afford revising foreign-language articles and will limit the revision to brief checks carried out by a native speaker.

Please make sure that the text is complete (with abstract, key words, bibliography, note on the Author) and does not exceed 40 thousand characters with spaces before submission.
